Very Special Episodes

As we all know, "very special episodes" are episodes of certain shows (namely sitcoms) where the episode focuses on a serious or controversial issue.

So, if anyone can think of any, what some of the best and worst "very special episodes" of a TV show?

The first one that comes to my mind is "The Body" episode of Buffy.

An episode from Full House where Uncle Jesse thinks D.J. was drinking during a middle school dance (but she wasn't).

How are Onyx and Arrow a "very special episode"? I would think Rage would be one (because it deals with drugs) but I never saw Onyx and Arrow as one of them.

Oh, forgot about that one! Yeah the robbery episode was a "very special episode" too. There are lots of them out there. Like cabel said, that Saved by the Bell episode with caffeine pills and the Full House episode with the eating disorder.

that was a good episode. There aren't many "very special episodes" on tv nowadays. The 80s and 90s had a bunch of them, though.

-when Arnold and Dudley meet a bicycle shop owner who is a child molester
-when Sam gets kidnapped at the market
-when Kimberly and Arnold are hitchhiking and get picked up by a disturbed man
-when Willis gets caught with marijuana
-Arnold and Sam encounter a friend who suffers seizures
-Kimberly suffering from anorexia

those are the ones I remember, like I said there were a lot.

That episode STILL brings tears to my eyes to this day, and about 100 viewings later.

Will really showed his acting chops in that one.

Don't forget about the episode where Will and Carlton pledged into a frat, and Carlton got to point out what 'being black' is really about.
