So the Tag Team Title Match is on the pre-show? Way to build your future WWE.

Iowa is now Punk country I guess.

It was okay. It was pretty much just all buildup without many exciting things actually happening.

It was an average RAW. Not good, but not bad by any accounts. Some solid wrestling, but the show was nothing memorable.

Another quality Raw in my view, I'm liking the investment of the booking in multiple angles, there's practically no wasted segments at the moment, everything has some purpose. I am particularly liking the way they are weaving little conflicts within the two MITB matches.

Sheamus vs Fandango, The Shield vs The Usos & Christian, Kane vs Orton w/ Bryan as the ref and Cesaro vs Cody were all solid matches that served as good build up for their respective MITB matches, the latter perhaps teasing a potential Rhodes and Sandow split and feud.

Punk and Axel vs the PTP was a pretty decent tag match that continued to mine the distrust enveloping the Punk and Heyman friendship, while also serving as a good outlet to showcase Axel. The crowd were into it as well which is good for the 3 guys not called CM Punk.

Mark Henry cut another stellar promo despite getting the dreaded "What!?" chant, his mic work is some of the best in the business right now and combined with the video package shown earlier in the program he feels like a legit threat to Cena.

I thought the way they promoted Cena vs Del Rio all night with the videos of legendary holders of both titles was brilliant and managed to give the match a bigger feel.

The match itself was a good main event, I thought the submission counter sequence they did was especially neat. The finish with Ziggler and Henry involved worked just fine and overall I thought Del Rio and the WHC came out of it elevated despite the loss. Henry playing the monster bully and Cena showing wary caution post-match was simple but effective.

I told people not to get overly excited about a couple good Raws.

I thought it was okay. Like Hunter said, it was good quality as the matches were pretty good and all feuds moved forward. Nothing memorable happened, but it wasn't a step back for Raw.

I missed raw, what are the highlights?,another good episode?

I'm loving what WWE is doing right now. The booking is solid right now and things are definitely improving in my eyes. Heyman has really solidified himself as the greatest wrestling manager since Bobby Heenan. CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler are babyfaces which is exactly what I wanted, AJ Lee and Mark Henry are doing fantastic work respectively.

The Shield have gold and are prominent fixtures on television, and all the while Bryan is getting more and more over. Sprinkle in some Rhodes Scholars and Cesaro with a dash of some soon to be debuting Wyatt Family and you've got a recipe that I'm digging.

This is also what happens when you don't rely on part timers and let the superstars do their thing.

Agreed. The WWE is pretty stacked right now.

I didn't even mention Cena, Sheamus, ADR, Orton or Jericho. Can't believe I forgot Jericho.

The video packages of previous WWE and World champions were the highlight for me. I'm a sucker for wrestling history, and I wish that WWE would acknowledge more of it on tv (they do a pretty good job of it on wwe.com). Since they own just about every major library, I feel they have a responsibility to do so beyond dvd sets and WWE Classics on demand.

And I agree that showing the history of the WHC, followed by a competetive match with Cena added some prestige to the title and gave some shine to Del Rio.

I saw the bland main event. Other than the Henry promo, is there anything else worth watching on the show? I read a rundown of the show and it sounds horrible.

Cody Rhodes could of collected air miles off that Cesaro uppercut.

Why is Christian yellow?
Even Alicia Foxx is polished.

She has been on NXT where the divas actually get to wrestle so she has improved.

From WWE.com:

STAMFORD, Conn. – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Jesús Rodríguez (Ricardo Rodriguez) for 30 days effective immediately for his first violation of the company’s policy.

Is he the first manager/ring announcer to get busted for wellness violations? It's probably pain killers from the strain of carrying Del Rio all this time.
