Hawkeye Vincent D'Onofrio returning as Wilson Fisk / The Kingpin

His name was actually in the credits.

I saw some people being skeptical that this was actually D'Onofrio but IMDB has now officially added him to the series cast.

That blurry photo wouldn't hold up in court, but he was in the credits twice. This is my problem though. To reveal him with one blurry photo at the end of five episodes was a letdown. People couldn't even tell it was him. Anticlimax.

I didn't hate the episode, but why not have Vincent in person? It's why I still think Loki is the best of the Disney+ MCU shows. Jonathan Majors actually showed up as a variant of Kang

I think the Disney+ shows are riding too much on mystery villains and puppet masters and someone behind the scenes pulling all the strings. I don't get why they'd reduce his reveal to such an underwhelming moment. I feel like it should've been this tense, cinematic moment, where we just hear his voice and know its him just to eventually see his face or I dunno. Something big cool and dramatic. The Kingpin is in the MCU! Felt like a rotten carrot to me.

I'll be honest, I did think that there was someone behind the scenes pulling the strings of the TVA by around episode 3. I did think though it was going to be another Loki variant, so I thought the reveal of Jonathan Majors was a nice surprise in the finale. I did not expect him for Loki.

At least in that case we saw him in the final episode and not a blurry photo "So this is the guy running the TVA! It's...some dude we've never seen before!"

Hawkeye has another episode

that was a nice reveal I thought. Plus a lot of exposition as to who he is and that he's a variant of someone more sinister.

The one thing about these Disney+ shows that is getting frustrating is the big baddie behind the curtain trope. We’ve had Agatha, Sharon Carter, He Who Remains, and now Kingpin. At least Agatha and He Who Remains had reveals that felt appropriately memorable.

I wouldn’t have an issue with Kingpin had they not been teasing him this entire show only to show him for the first time in a blurry photo. This worries me that Marvel Studios is not going to do the character justice and will likely botch their future introductions of other characters.

Thank you, this is also getting tiresome to me.

The reason I care is because this is what TSM and Kingpin were presumably after from the very beginning.

I get that, but again I am sure it's gonna be explained. Maybe not specifically your point, but I more care about what the Rolex actually is or has, and I am sure all that will be explained and all that good stuff

@XtremelyBaneful looks like you gotta change the thread title as it’s no longer a rumor anymore!
