Movie rights have freaking reverted back to Marvel. So Luke Cage is back with Iron Fist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I m not a fan of Tyrese but he s not bad either. Tyrese says he needs to be 199.99% the poor guy don t understand that he s too small! he s only 5"10 ??? we need a 6"2 and more for Cage. And please Marvel! don t do a family movie with Luke cage , no PG13 I want something like punisher!

Yes, yes! I've been saying Simmons since a Cage project was announced. He's certainly big enough (6'4"), and has the acting chops.

Since both characters were created from tenets from that era of film, it would be a wonderful homage to their roots. But considering how Grindhouse did financially, I have to wonder if Marvel would take that risk.

Here's hoping they leave both Tyrese and Singelton behind and get this project moving in the right direction.

Personally liked Grindhouse idea...but yeah its risky! I remember some people went out of the theater after the first movie they didn t know there was an other movie coming in!lol! I m just afraid the same mistake happens with iron fist and cage!

I was never a fan of Tyrese being Luke Cage, but I never hated it the idea.
Oh whatever.

Regarding Cage and Iron Fist films, they shouldn't be made like full blown superhero films, IMO. These films have the potential to appeal to more than the young male audience. I feel as if Iron Fist could be a modern Kung-Fu epic with darker roots, not an all out superhero flick.

I'd rather see a Heroes for Hire film featuring Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Misty Knight and Colleen Wing than separate Cage and Fist films. Of course if it starred Tyrese and Ray Park my interest would plummet.
