Yes it was. Only a small handful of people were convinced by it.

The Norton thing, he wanted more character development/more talking in the movie. And that was basically the 2003 version, lots of character not enough "HULK SMASH" that the fans wanted and everyone knows how the 2003 film did. They did not want a repeat.

The last two Marvel films Hurd has worked on have been plauged with rumors of clashes with the actual creative talent behind those projects.

Most likely more than coincidence and still no evidence that she could somehow 'save' PWZ.

Kevin Feige and either of the Arads have also been producers on those films, there's also more than one producer working on these films, there are at least 13 other producers on War Zone, Hurd is not some ****ing boogeyman for the movie trying to ruin it.

Why? All it would take is word of mouth to remedy that. At the end of the day Hulk's just not a franchise player.
