I'm hoping Toby Stephens gets cast as Dumbledore.

Visually he doesnt really fit but they dont seem to be casting based on visual continuity so its casting I could get behind. Toby Stephens is a damn good likeable actor.

just let Gary Oldman play Dumbledore....

don't act like you'd notice :o

Unfortunately they'll probably cast someone like Gerard Butler or Russell Crowe.

I doubt he'd do it, but Christian Bale would make an interesting Dumbledore.

Someone suggested Jared Harris, and I was like, nice one as I loved him in The Crown. And then I find out he is Richard Harris's son, and now it's more like - mind blown. Now I can't unsee it.

Toby Stephens as Dumbledore

Zach McGowan as Grindelwald :o

Marvolo... I hope you fall down and knock your two front teeth out.

thats Captain Vane, good sir.

Oh. I googled the name but it said there were no results.

He was on Shameless.

Everyone point and laugh... Marvolo doesn't know how to use the internet!

You've gotta watch Black Sails if you like Game of Thrones.

No you don't.

I haven't seen Black Sails but they both have violence, sex, and Game of Thrones is based on a book series and Black Sails is a prequel to a book. So they're basically the same.:o

It's basically game of thrones on water.

Not quite the same scale, but I personally enjoy the performances and writing a great deal more than Game of Thrones.

You don't like Black Sails?
I like it fine. It just has never been "must see television" for me. Not on a GoT level in anyway really. It is like GoT cheap, less interesting cousin, whose own channel doesn't even like it all that much.

Fox asked them to include Deadpool, and according to Hugh Jackman Dave Benioff came to them and said he had a "great idea" with how to include him :hehe:
This explains season 5 of GoT quite well.

I don't think that is true. I don't think Starz has ever had a series longer than 4-5 seasons.
