Pretty much.

To be fair, though, at least he had a personality. I like Harry, but he's as generic as they come.

Harry was very standard viewpoint character. It was the other stuff that really made the series work for me, 2/3 of the main trio were among the less interesting aspects.

Never found Harry generic. His underlying rage always made him interesting too me.

You don't like Harry, you don't like Baskin Robbins, you don't like James Bond. You just hate all good things don't you? :o

Ive actually grown to like harry and ginny. Ginny is a good girl and strong emotionally. I could see Harry going we with her. But Ron and Hermione...nope. That was a failed high school fling at best. In real life they would have hooked up. Lasted about a month and then went their separate ways. Well, Hermione would have. Ron would have *****ed and moaned to Harry and then stalked hermione for a year and started believing Hermione was hooking up with Harry or some other equally stupid conspiracy theory.

:funny:

Nothing wrong with book Ginny at all, but I still feel like Harry and Hermione made most sense.

Same here.

I don't think she did enough with it or - to my knowledge - ever really addressed it.

EDIT: Book!Ginny was a Mary Sue. Movie!Ginny is the most boring character I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing, and it's because of the actress.

Colin Farrel is probably gonna make a very cool auror. We've had some cool Aurors in the films like Kingsley Shacklebot and some members of the Order but I'm hoping Colin is gonna be a certified badass wizard.

Rat. :o

Will this film have any mention of the Wizard American Football equivalent "Quadpatch"? lol
