About your doubts for what regarding the mix with acid/basic solution-fluid...i honestly don't know if the fluid will be influenced, however we have to know if the components of the fluid will go on conflict with the other solutions.

Holy CRAP! Spot ON brother! That is Exactly how I imagined! Also, two things I did to improve;
1- make the can fit AROUND your wrist, as to have more space for fluid.
2- What if we took three pen heads, put them on a ring around the nozzle, and made it so that it had different hole designs for different web shapes on the pen heads?
Like, a hole, six smaller holes surrounding it, and a hole shaped like a ring over lapping those for a net shaped web, a ring hole pointing inward toward a big hole for a web-bomb(dried web outside, fluid inside. Hits something, on impact it covers the target in web). Maybe just a bunch of holes for a web barrage. And of course, just one hole for a web line for swinging.
Also, I forgot to mention, that Nation-wide Spider-Men alliance idea? That reminds me of Batman Inc.! That be KICK @$5!!!

I figured out a way to make a grappling hook. I haven't made one yet, but after this goes well, I'm making one. Plus it's more fun to make web shooters! Just my opinion.

Well, it really depends on what your webbing to look like. You want a net/wide-spreading spray, make one big hole in the middle and many other holes around it. You want a strand, do the same thing as the net, but make the other holes closer to the middle hole. To make a splattering adhesive, gooey liquid, just use one giant hole. If you want to evaporate the solvent in the formula, use a heating system, like a heated coil or parts from a hot glue gun. O, and welcome to the forums. It's optional, but using the net method and adding a motor to the spinneret could help create a net and thick strand. try this: http://TechnolgyTheorist.deviantart...ist/28321974&qo=20&catpath=&order=0&offset=20 giving credit to white widow, the motor spins when the trigger is pressed. The nozzle a has a metal shield with pre-drilled holes that allow the fluid strands to intertwine and wrap around each other when the motor spins the nozzle.

My design is that we take everything out of a watch. Then we make a big enough hole so that the nozzle can fit in. Then we get a pressure gage so that we can meter how much fluid is in. Then we have co2 attached to tubing attached to cartridges. Then the cartriges are attached to a solenoid.

Good idea bro! Although, when looking at this, it struck me as too... Small. It's not bad, in fact, it might bring new perspectives. It's just, maybe upsize it?

I haven't bought the solenoid yet, I have to wait for my next check. However, I will use some I found on eBay. The formula still needs a bit of work for faster drying, but it's getting there.
