What are your thoughts on friends with benefits?

Eventually one person will get attached and then everything goes to hell. That's the reason it's called "benefits". If the "benefit" isn't sexual then it needs to be relabeled something else...like "time wasting"

i've thought about it ,being friends and having a wee bit of benefits,(haven't tried it though) and my friends always call me the one that doesn't date. the label just makes me feel uncomfortable right now. even a friend of mine was like look ( he's with someone), until you are ready and feel uncomfortable, just don't date.

Yes there are some exceptions of high school sweethearts getting married.

But the majority of "relationships" you have during high school are pretty trivial by the time you get into college and especially out.

I doubt you will reflect on those 3 weeks you were with someone Junior Year as the love of your life.

but after watching all the ****ed up relationships going on with my friends and at school ( like girls threatening their bf's they will kill themselves if they break up with them kind of ****) on and off relationships. it was just a huuuge turn off. i was like dude, i do want to marry young and all. but not that young!!! some are together for like a week and going, we are never going to break up, ever!

High School relationships never last...you'll see a lot of couples from High School together in your first year of college...by the end of their first year they wont have spoken in 6 months.

wow what you said about girls threatening bf's, reminds me of my friend ash, damm is she annoying with that kind of ****, shes planned her wedding with my friend j, and he doesn't even like her, shes all i wana be with you forever, your not gonna break up with me, ware gonna have a family, and kids, and a nice house, and you gonna buy me a nice car.

you should have seen his face after she demanded all of that. i feel bad for him, if i ever had a girl like that, id just run away.
