What celebs read comics?

Rapper Nas is a huge comic book fan and use to draw comics of his raps about growing up in the Queensbridge projects in New York when he was 8. His favourites were Hulk, Spiderman, Punisher and Daredevil.

Pink Floyd also had a picture of the Marvel Comics character The Living Tribunal on one of their album covers. But then, they could have simply liked the visual.

Mccartney, Paul & Wings - Magneto And Titanium Man Lyrics
Well I Was Talking Last Night

Magneto And Titanium Man . . .

We Were Talking About You, Babe,

Oo --- They Said ---

You Were Involved In A Robbery

That Was Due To Happen

At A Quarter To Three

In The Main Street.

I Didn't Believe Them

Magneto And Titanium Man . . .

But When The Crimson Dynamo

Finally Assured Me, Well, I Knew

You Were Involved In A Robbery

That Was Due To Happen

At A Quarter To Three

In The Main Street.

So We Went Out

Magneto And Titanium Man . . .

And The Crimson Dynamo

Came Along For The Ride

We Went To Town With The Library

And We Swung All Over That

Long Tall Bank In The Main Street

Well There She Were And To My Despair

She's A Five-Star Criminal

Breaking The Code

Magneto Said "Now The Time Come

To Gather Our Forces And Run!!!"

Oh No . . . . . .

This Can't Be So . . . . . .

And Then It Occurred To Me!

You Couldn't Be Bad

Magneto Was Mad!

Titanium Too!

And The Crimson Dynamo

Just Couldn't Cut It No More

You Were The Law . . . . . .

Please wake me
The lines converging where you stand they must have moved the picture plane
The leaves are heavy around your feet you hear the thunder of the train
Suddenly it strikes you that they're moving into range
Doctor Strange is always changing size
And it's high time

.......

Okay, I did not expect that.

There are some wrestlers that are comic book fans:

Rob Van Dam- Allegedly a huge Ghost Rider fan. Owns his own comic shop.

Shane Helms- Formerly superhero character the Hurricane. Concept came up when he had to ad lib a promo and used his Green Lantern tattoo as a topic. Recently interviewed by Wizard.

Raven- Co-wrote an issue of Tangled Web involving Crusher Hogan.

Al Snow- I remember he had a bunch of comics when WWE used to do the Cribs like thing on one of their shows.

A Saucerful of Secrets. Dr. Strange is also on the cover, but the head and upper torso are cut off. Here's a pic:

I guess you could count Christian Bale since he's read and is a big fan of some of the Batman graphic novels.

Gene Simmons of Kiss

Gene Vs. Dr. Doom (I wish I had a comic where I fought Dr. Doom)

Simmons' knowledge of comics actually is extensive, something he was happy to flaunt Saturday. "I'm a comic geek," Simmons admits. "I came to America from Israel, and I learned to speak English by reading (comics). It changed my life." From an article on CBR.

Its the act of a rich ******* who probably has another copy.

So was Spawn like a labor of love for Leguizamo?

(That's a lot of alliteration.)
