What do people assume about you from your accent/dialect?

Well, people think I'm white. Because I'm white. But if I wanted to sound different, I could pass as, redneck, fruity, White Gangsta (my cousin calls them "Wanksta's"), southern, French, English, Italian, corny Chinese, Japanese, deep voiced, high pitched voice, and the good ol' Bawlmer accent.

It's weird because people have asked me whether or not I am from another country because of what they perceive to be a Polish accent. I was born here in the United States. Both my Mom and Dad were born in the US, but my paternal grandparents were from Poland. I can't speak Polish so I have never understood that perception of me.

It's funny...
I've lived in VA all of my life, I was born here, and people tell me I have a slight Boston accent...I've never even been to Boston.
