I think there ok its not G1 its something diffferent which is good to see. I like change sometimes and its not hurting G1 in anyway.

Where's the "loyalty to the source" that Mr. Bay talked so much about,uh?.........It's hard to put in words how dissapointed i am, seriously. It's obvious that things (in superheromovies) have to be updated......BUT NOT CHANGED!!!!!!!.........they look like japanesse "mechas", from the "wrong on wronger" japanesse transformers recent series, instead of the ORIGINAL transformers.....that this movie was suposssed to be loyal to.

Frankly, I'm waiting until the looks of the characters are revealed to really make a resolute comment on them. The Optimus designs have me hopeful since they've retained some G1 traits while still streamlining it. I can say I will recognize him as Optimus Prime, flame paintjob and all. Plus with Peter Cullen onboard he'll sound like the Optimus I know as well.

From what I've seen so far, Optimus is the best. I totally love the legs and feet design. There not as blocky and dorky looking as the old TF. Don't get me wrong, I loved the old TF but they were still a product of their times. This update has a more natural look.

Also, the cop car Decepticon looks great too. Very sleek in his car form.

I have issues with the designs but this is straight up crying/whining. Very reminiscent of aintitcool talkback crap.

BTW...Brawl is a Combaticon from G1...go do some research before you whine n cry.
