Honestly, id like to just see a Wonder Woman reference and that's it. No hints at a League of Justice they may form, or more DC characters. Like how MOS just referenced Wayne Enterprises and everything else was just a Superman movie. Make a reference to Themyscira then move on.

I don't really want this movie to jump into a JLA anyhow, I want people leaving the cinema wanting a full-on Batman movie directed by Affleck.

That's it because those are the next two logical characters. I hope they don't ignore the Justice League....if they are doing this DC Universe....let's do it not pussyfoot around it.

Also a possible hint at Dick Grayson or a major Bat villain like the Riddler or Freeze.

Obviously a lot more creative but you get my point.

Maybe a couple of prototype and previous Batsuits in glass compartments in the Batcave. Yes this would be so cool and probably something they would take to Comic Con.

Flash or/and Wonder Woman. However subtle it may be. Nice to know they exist.

Maybe some like government special agency like ARGUS or DEO or anything like that set up for possible storylines down the line

I don't wahy but the scene in Rocky 4 where they play the rocky theme as rocky gets off the airplane came to mind.

It's not very subtle. Man of Steel had better music anyway. The john williams theme is iconic and awesome but Flight is just better imo, for that superman at least.

I think it would be cute to have a quick scene with the three previous (living) actors to play Superman. Tom Welling, Dean Cain, and Brandon Routh. Have them all be in a bar, all looking way different - Welling recently has been seen w/a buzz cut and a goatee, have Route have died hair and a stache, you know have them all not *look* the part they played at all.

But the context of the scene should be that Superman is stopping the baddy, breaks through the wall of a bar or something and stuff, they just sit there unphased, he apologies and goes back to his fight and their conversation either before/after should just be a brief bit about the costume.

Welling: "Man, I'd never be caught dead wearing anything like that get-up. Gimme a nice leather bomber jacket or something."
Cain: "Like you could be a superhero anyway. You're blind as a bat with those coke-bottle glasses!"
Routh: "I dunno, it's pretty slick to me, that outfit. Though I think he needs some color to break it up in the middle. Some red or gold or something."

I mentioned in the MoS thread a while back that it would be fun to have Routh make a cameo as someone looking for a job at the Planet, with Perry telling him the position just got filled.

I loved the score for Man of Steel better too. But the purists so badly want to go back to that which is sad.
