I like that someone mentioned a long time ago Nolan's influence from James Bond films. I'm still thinking From Russia With Love and the character of Red Grant could influence Bane.

Ahh great call, that would be awesome! Strong, cold and calculating.

There are alot Bond influence overall in both BB and TDK. Which I can't help but love since I am a huge Bond nerd. Especially in the way he presents fantastical stunts and elements into a world recognizable as our own and grounded in a "real" world.

The day Nolan gets to both write and direct his own Bond I will fall into a coma of happiness.
