Revenge of the Fallen What HUMANS should return in TF 2?

LOL!

I Can see Ironhide living with Lennox, as i could see the gangsta-rap Jazz hanging with Anderson and that chick.

LOL I'm pretty sure Anderson and the Austrailian girl were not involved together. But Ironhide living with Lennox would be cool.

Prime doesn't need a home ;). He romes free. But I would bet that he hangs around Sam as much as possible.

Rachet I could see actually working as an EMT vehicle. He's good hearted that way IMO.

You're probably right. I suppose they'll introduce a character for Ratchet to confide in. Maybe a doctor from whom he learns more about organic mechanics. He seems to know enough about human pheromones...

I Think Optimus could be with Mikaela, helping her with the solture of her father.

Optimus as a father figure to a hot teenaged girl? I'll enjoy THAT banter!

Transformers 2 and Justice League Filming Updates
February 28, 2008

Variety has published an in-depth article talking about how a posssible Screen Actors Guild (SAG) strike could affect movie productions starting soon. The trade says Hollywood studios are refusing to schedule new start dates on films that can't complete shooting by June 30.

Transformers 2 director Michael Bay said the labor cloud has made the process harder, but not impossible as he tries to keep the film on track for an early June start in order to make its scheduled June 26, 2009 release date.

"If there is a strike, we shut down, but shutting down isn't that big a deal," Bay told the trade. "You make accommodations, you make a deal with vending houses on equipment and on the stages where you are shooting. You hope for the best, but you can't be incapacitated by the possibility that there will be a strike. We've got to get this town back to work. I can't imagine anyone wants another strike, we're all tired. Hopefully clearer heads will prevail."

Bay said that the sequel is still recovering from the writers strike, and that he's playing catch-up after getting back his trio of writers, Ehren Kruger, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci.

"They did a detailed outline before the writer's strike, and now they are in Michael Bay jail, holed up in a hotel and working feverishly," Bay said. "We're paying for a beautiful suite and they are getting a lot of work done. Hiring three writers was unusual, but it has been a godsend in getting us to where we need to be. Somehow you find a way to get it done."

If it's not one ****ing thing, it's the other. :cmad:

Why does it matter?

Because i'd like to know if she's just saying that she 'won't come back' just to save face, when the real reason is, the film makers realized her character was completely useless.

I'd say it's because her character isn't needed. Don't look too much into it. :yay:

We know they want more robots, and they dropped her from the end of the first movie anyway.

every human that was in the first movie should return.

I actually thought that since she was eye-candy, that she would return in Voight's job, head of dept of defense, or least chracter-wise. I don't think voight will be coming back, but who knows.

I think they spent the whole movie talking about transformers from the human's aspect. Lets just go full -blown robot war. forget the humans.

I'd love it.
Audiences aren't ready for it.

They spent almost the whole movie, like you said, from the human's perspective. They need another movie to counter balance that and hopefully the majority of this movie will be from the Transformers perspective.

Hopefully this new writer, Ehren Kruger, will bring some new perspective to the movie and will take the bots more seriously than Orci. At least that's what they said before...that this movie will be a more serious take or something to that effect.

No need for Bumblebee to "pee" on anybody else...please.

I attribute "Bumblepee" to Bay in an attempt to entertain kids. Orci has made it his point on Don Murphy's message boards that the robot and human focus will be more evenly focused, and the theme of the sequel is the robots adjusting to life on Earth, just as the first one was about a boy buying his first car.

I haven't been on the Murphy boards in quite awhile...but does Orci have anything at all to do with the sequel any more?

Bumblebee peein on Simmons was funny.

How i would take the story:

Autobots VS. Decepticons VS. Starscream forces.

He is one of the writers, along with Kurtzman and Kruger. Its a 3 writer team this time around.
