Wow....just logged in discovered my magical powers have grown by leaps and bounds.

I am sure it's only a matter of time before I shall rule the Hype.

What I learned in boating school is...

Today, I learned that sometimes it's just too early in the day to learn anything from the Hype :funny:

Guys just ignore. Report instead. Let's not derail any more threads.

Today I learned that it doesn't matter how many members are mentioned in a post, the egomaniac will always fixate on their name and think it's all about them.
*trying to figure out how this is about me. :hmm

Today, I learned that Kane's gifs are always accurate.

Today I learned about a great new author. I don't know why it took me so long to pick up 'One Hundred Years of Solitude.'

Oh, and I also learned no snarky jab or retort is more effective than stony silence and indifference.

Sure. What are you into? I love Murakami, and Norwegian Wood was a great read. I also enjoyed And The Mountains Echoed, the newest novel by Afghani author Khaled Hosseni. If you tell me who you're into, I might recommend authors with similar styles. :)

Give it a rest already.

Also, everyone else....stop needling her and keeping it going until it derails every thread in Community.

And before I get a hissy fit PM from anybody, I'm not assigning all the blame to either "side", I'm saying everybody leave each other alone. Please.

I'm officially tired of it.

edit…

enjoying the community thread…and who would save who…

I like non fiction books, mainly. "The Drunkard's Walk", "Outliers", "Freakonomics", etc. Books that try to make sense of our crazy world are my favourite kind :funny: Also, science fiction and fantasy are on the list.

Today I learned how awesome some of the posters here are

Freakonomics is my homeboy. We go back like 4 flats on a Cadillac.

i've read 30-35 books this year so far. i don't think i've read any non-fiction this year, but i would recommend The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. That was very interesting to me

Today I learned the long lived Innuendo thread is gone.
