I got bored and for some ression I started to wonder what would happen if our young Man of Steel met the chosen one. What do you guys think would happen.

She'd probably have a thing or two to say to him about accepting your destiny, however begrudgingly.

If it came down to a fight, I think it's safe to say that Clark would take down Buffy in a one-on-one. However, if Buffy enlisted Willow's help, it would probably tip the scales.

The world would implode with the stupidity of the writing?

deknight would have a field day!

Joss Whedon would actually have her teach Clark a thing or two about things, lecture him to no end and tell him to get a clue about things.

Come on this is a Whedon character, not DeKnight's and frankly DeKnight had be corrected a number of times on Buffy and Angel both. They'd have a throw down, fight one another until Buffy finds Kryptonite and the two end up teaming up. She wouldn't be interested in Clark because let's face it, she prefers the vampire type.

exactly.

buffy is super resourceful. while clark would probably gain the upper hand at first, buffy would soon realize that he has a weakness for kryptonite during their fight and since there is so much random kryptonite located all around smallville, she would find some and use it to her advantage to whoop clark's a$$.

Added to the fact that she has the new Watcher's Council and Slayer Army on her side. The odds are actually against Clark and Buffy's fought a God before, so she'd think equally of Clark.

I dunno Buffy would probably cry about not being able to have a date for 7 years

Buffy's gone through relationships much quicker than Clark has to say the least. She moved on from Angel after they seperated twice, dated a bit and high school and college before moving onto to Spike then being on her own. Unlike Clark, Buffy doesn't rely on any constant obessession like Clark does.

You must be watching another Buffy. Maybe the awful movie, but not the Whedon TV series Buffy. I remember Buffy breaking down maybe twice during the show's seven year run, but everytime she came through fought the good fight and won of her own volition, putting her own personal issues aside. Even scarificing herself not once, but twice to save everyone. Not including the countless times she stopped the end of the world.

erm... angel? rielly?

She has heartbroken and broke down into tears when Angel became Angelus then so kicked herself into gear to face him then eventvually sent him straight to hell before fully moving on. That's truly more than we can say for Clark, I must say.

Each definately have their strong suits and would team up regardless in the end. Good fights with good. It's as simple as that for both of them at times.

To be honest, if Buffy and Clark where to meet it should have been after both season 2 finales where both of them ran away.

It's a crossover that'll never happen unless Dark Horse and DC comics are willing to do as such.

Buffy seriously stands a chance against Superman.......I mean without the kryptonite. isn't he immeasurably stronger and faster not to mention could burn or freeze her.

she's got strength too. Not liek his but, she coudl put up a fight.

CLARK: HAHAHA! You ahd a ****e film and got cancelled.

BUFFY: You'll be cancelled soon and don't get me started on Superman IV: Quest for Peace.

CLARK: Eh?

Yeah, it's not like Lois and Clark were it stopped at a cliffhanger. It ended in a good way. In a battle.

Nope, Buffy managed to actually get a seven season run. It ended it's contract up on the WB then UPN picked it up finishing the seasons six through seven.

Angel was cancelled before it's time, but Whedon had time to wrap it.

Added to the fact that both Buffy and Angel are continuing in comic book format. The series are far from over.

As for whoever suggested the Kryptonite stake, Buffy wouldn't kill Clark. A demon or something along those lines yes, but not someone who cares for others and protects them as well.

SMG and Joss decieded to end Buffy on Season7. UPN wanted the show to go atleast until a Season9.

Plus could you imagine how many great puns Buffy could come up with while going toe to toe with Clark? Plus when you deal with Buffy, you deal with the whole gang and that means Giles/Xander/Willow. All they would have to do is make her Uber Buffy again (from S4 Primeval) and Clark wouldnt be laughing so hard.

It may have ended live action wise but Season Eight is being made in comics format, so it continues.
