Judging by the general vibe towards the film, it really is 50/50 isn't it? So a score around 50% really reflects the reception of the film in my opinion, so it's probably fair for it to be around that

Considering crap like "Hercules", "I, Frankenstein" "Devils Due", "Vampire Academy", "God's not Dead", "Transcendence" "A Haunted House 2" ect are already out, and movies coming out include "Bayformers 4", "Planes 2" "TMNT" and "The Purge 2" it would have quite some competition.

It's not SURE to head that way. Worse received movies will come in spades this year.

The Twilight movies are like the Transformer movies, popular and some think its cool to hate them.

Green Lantern, I don't think people outside the Comic book community care to hate about the movie.

Yeah, I hated ASM 2, but the worst part about it was having to watch the trailer for Bay's TMNT in 3D before it.

The Razzies are really about the worst of the worst anyway, Transformers and Twilight didn't get nominated or win because there trully weren't worse films coming out at the time, difference is that others don't get this much publicity or hatred inside the internet fandom.

The one that said that only Peter could have been Spider-Man. Anyone else getting bite by the spider, that wouldn't have happened to them. They wouldn't have turned into Spider-Man. Because the spiders have Peter's father DNA in them, only he could have been Spider-Man. Stupid.

Nolan got it mixed it. It's not anyone can be Batman, it's anyone can be Spider-Man. Spider-Man doesn't have fancy gadgets who amazing powers like heat vision or stretching or heeling. Anyone could have gotten bite by a Spider and had there life turned into that. Just really pisses me off.

Not quite how it plays out. As far as the movie explained it,

the Parker compatibility thing (with the spider venom) is only confirmed to give one a healing factor, so it doesn't work that way for Harry. The rest of the powers could be random.
