Either way, the charges wouldn't be able to stick, since legally Robin and Batman don't exist. If Tim Drake were to accuse Bruce Wayne though, now, that's an entirely different matter. Then again, Batman could probably prove he didn't molest Drake through some expert detectiving.

villains from the future (i wanna say 31st century) went back in time to kill the justice league and raise batman and superman as their own. they ruled the earth with their power and wonder woman collected uncle sam and the freedom fighters (i think) to battle them. and it was pretty much in continuity until they fixed the timeline, but they still remember it happening.
