What if Joe Q was at DC and Dan Didio was at Marvel?

DC would have SO many more heavy-handed editorial mandates than they do now. And Marvel...I don't know. I can't quite wrap my head around who Dan DiDio is as an editor. I mean, on one level, I think I'd like Marvel more. Dan DiDio has a real excitement and fun about comics to him, and Quesada has always been just a businessman.

That's a pretty skewed perspective. They both make good and bad business decisions, since we're essentially equating "good" and "bad" here with what we like and don't like.

Disregarding the boyscout factor,... I somehow doubt, (based on human nature) that the powerpuff gurls would consider it assault - Nor would Superman create such that COULD have an issue with it.

Just Curious - Why would Superman MAKE superpowered females? In a real world He could ask Powergirl or Wonderwoman or Donna Troy or Rampage, or Maxima, and THEY would drag him off somewhere to cheerfully give it up.

Not to mention the HUNDREDS who upon hearing that Superman wanted to get busy would be flooding Star Labs and other places to become fortified to survive the rod of steel.

Either way, the charges wouldn't be able to stick, since legally Robin and Batman don't exist. If Tim Drake were to accuse Bruce Wayne though, now, that's an entirely different matter. Then again, Batman could probably prove he didn't molest Drake through some expert detectiving.

If anything it'd play out as a mix of Batgirl's origins and Batman Begins. Ra's would try to raise him as a killer, but Bruce's underlying morality and mission to honor the memory of his real father would lead him to rebel and escape Al Ghul's control and seek his own destiny. You could even throw in a thing where Ra's takes control of Waynecorp so Bruce has to learn to be a hero without the limitless resources he might have had at his disposal, eventually returning to Gotham to finally wrest control of his city and his destiny from the hands of the Demon. Paul Dini would write it, it would be ****-hot and you'd buy six copies for yourself and one each for all of your friends.

Probably the latter. If she'd ally herself with an outsider against her father, she'd probably be even likelier to ally herself with a fellow child of Ra's with the same rebellious streak she has.
