What if we could get more "Elseworlds" stories that DIDN'T feature Batman or Superman ? I'd like to see that ! D C must have other characters that they could do a good "Elseworlds" story with.

They have made Elseworlds books on other characters.

They've done Robin,Catwoman,Supergirl, Leagion of Super-Heroes [but it had Superboy] Kindom come,The Kingdom and the tie in's New Year's Evil: Gog #1 ,Nightstar,Kid Flash,Son of the Bat ,The Offspring,Plant Krypton.

They also did over 12 JLA elseworld books and 4 JSA ones.

Theres 2 Flash,3 Teen Titans,2 Green Lanterns and 2 Wonderwoman elseworld books

There's even a Superboy [the clone] and Deathstroke else worlds book.

Do the JLA books really count? Those all feature Superman and Batman to some extent.

Not all of them do and some only feature 1 and not the other.

As far as I know they have not been collected into one or more trades.

They also did Legends of the Dead Earth, which was very similar to Elseworlds, although several of the framing stories were heavily implied to be in continuity, and some of them were definitely in continuity. Also, the entire Starman annual was in continuity that year.

They also did the Elseworlds 80-Page Giant, but that got pulped over the Superbaby story, so you can really only find it in scan form.

I think that I have the "Elseworlds" annuals (just as I have the "Pulp" annuals and the ones that featured non U S characters, they are among my favorites !)
