Austin just got 300 E-mails due to this one event. This is getting out of hand not even Batista winning last year got this kind of reaction from the fans.

can't be the only one that loved seeing all my favourites dumped out of the rumble like local jobbers #cancelwwenetwork :o

So fans have now resorted to blocking the wrestling talents cars at the venue

This isn't even about Daniel Bryan not winning. This is more like WWE continuously being stubborn, not listening to their fans, and never learning from history.

The worst thing about this is that pretty much everyone likes Reigns it was just not his time Just imagine if Rusev and Reigns had eliminated each other? Would have been the perfect match for Roman and would still be winning his first singles title at Mania

WWE has hurt Roman without seeing it. He's never going to be an elite top face if they continue to go the route they are going.

I was really surprised by Cesaro and Kidd winning. Truly a shocker to see The New Day's push halted already!

Both tag team matches were okay. By the numbers really.

I was really impressed by the Divas match. Great showing by all 4 of them.

I didn't give a flying fu** about The Final Encounter. Cena gave Lesnar a fight at Backlash 2003. Lesnar made Cena bleed at Extreme Rules 2012. Lesnar destroyed Cena at SummerSlam 2014. Cena was made to look strong again at Night Of Champions. This was going to their 5th PPV bout and there was nothing more they could do booking wise to try to one up their previous matches so adding Seth Rollins to the mix was a stroke of genius.

The triple threat match was absolutely incredible and this is coming from somebody who is not a fan of the format. I'm glad Brock Lesnar retained after playing possum again following The Macho Man Elbowdrop, but The Architect deserved to win the WWE Championship after that performance. He worked his ass off and had me jumping out of my seat by acting like the fighting champion doing everything he could to try to win the belt. I wasn't sold on him for months, but he earned my seal of approval tonight. The guy has the skills of John Morrison, but with Edge's Ultimate Opportunist persona so to speak. Wow...

The Rumble was good overall! There was always something happening and thank God I stayed away from spoilers. Bubba Ray's return, Boogeyman / Wyatt staredown, Bryan and Wyatt picking up where they left off at the same event one year ago, DDP's comeback to hand out Diamond Cutters!

Of course, Roman winning was a buzzkill and I knew Philly (LOL at them cheering Rusev over him) was going to boo him out of the building, but after hearing how over he is with casual fans with my own ears a few weeks ago, I can see why McMahon chose him. He's healthy and he sells merchandise. Kudos to The Rock for trying to get the fans to accept his cousin. It didn't work, but it was a valiant effort. I'm going to Wrestlemania 31 and I'm not looking forward to Lesnar Vs. Reigns. :(

He was every bit capable of working his way up to the top organically. He had the look, move arsenal, and promo ability

But rather than putting in the hard work that he was fully capable of putting in, he took the easy and underhanded route.

To be fair, he did work hard and paid his dues to make it to the top. He just took the easy out in order to stay there. :oldrazz:

at least people used to like cena at the start of his push

this guy doesn't stand a chance. He's already reviled by the entire audience.

It's priceless and sad at the same time. I don't know how Roman, the man behind the character, felt during that moment.

The period WWE is in right now almost reminds me of the Inokism period of NJPW.

Edit: speaking of the devil, guess I'm not the only one.
You see New Japan was founded by the revered Mr Antonio Inoki who ran the company for its first three decades. However eventually Inoki became a crazy old man totally out of touch with what the fans wanted. He tried to make NJPW and pro wrestling something it wasn’t (in this case via an obsession with MMA.

Destroying his talents credibility by booking shoot fighters and/or part timers to beat his top wrestlers in works and sending those same wrestlers off half cocked to get annihilated in shoots) and clung to the same old talent and way of doing things as time moved on without him.

This approach sank NJPW into a commercial and creative nadir - bad enough that by the mid-00s he was deposed from the company he founded. This began a long recovery process for New Japan - which has flourished in recent years into a halcyon age thanks to the likes of Hiroshi Tanahashi and Shinsuke Nakamura.

US wrestling fans- the first part of this story might well remind you of something- and hopefully one day the happy ending will too.

Rock's like "Tell me about it. I didn't even know this dude was my cousin till tonight."

Oh yeah...WWE may be stubborn and force Reigns on us for years to come, with dwindling ratings and revenue...I put nothing past them...but Reigns is ruined. His career will never be what it could have been because he will never get the stink of this push off of him.

Not to dwell on more bad news but supposley there is a huge Snowstorm heading for where WWE is doing Raw on Monday in Hartford.
