For me, it's a three way tie between Star Wars Episode III, Transformers, and The Dark Knight. I saw each of those 5 times in theaters. I saw Spider-Man 2 4 times. I've seen so many films in theaters three times. To name a few: Return of the King, Harry Potter 4 and 5, Spider-Man 3...I had much more time to kill when I was younger, and I did end up seeing a lot of movies that I liked 3 times in theaters. Now I rarely see a film twice in theaters. But maybe I can find a way to break my record with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.

I think that going to the same movie 10 times is not something for me. When I really like a movie, I watch it either two or three times.

The Bad Lieutenant - Port of Call: New Orleans is the only movie I've seen in a theater three times.
Two times: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Inglourious Basterds, Inception, The Social Network and Shutter Island. And I'm probably going to watch X-Men First Class again next week.
