By this I mean damage caused by either the hero or the villain during the course of their actual combat. In other words, things like the Goblin wrecking the tram station before Spider-Man got there, or the Gordon causing the train to derail while Batman grappled w/Ra's Al Ghul don't count.
Off the top of my head, I'd say it's FF vs. Doom.:doom:

Superman 2. I barely remember FF vs Doom.

Yeah, Supes & the Kryptonian trio did lay waste to some serious real estate.

I would say the Hulk vs. the Military in the Hulk. Just because he destroyed basically a whole military installation as well as multi million dollar military vehichles.

I honestly hadn't thought about that. But those tanks & helicopters can't be repaired.

But it's still millions of dollars of property damage.

Magneto razes the Golden Gate Bridges, and Alcatraz is annhilated.
Two monuments destroyed in 15 minutes.

I wasn't contradicting you. A tank is property and it was most assuredly damaged.

Unless something was destroyed besides the monorail (which Gordon actually did; read the opening post.) I don't think so.

That would definitely be expensive. Especially the bridge.

Every fight scene in Batman Returns more often than not resulted in property damage.

I think we're running out of things to discuss.
