What To Expect Post-Avengers

OMG, I'm so excited after reading,..
"Kevin Feige on Upcoming Marvel Studios Films"

On SuperHeroHype frontpage. The last paragraph has me drooling on what could be nerxt after the Avengers. Incredible Hulk II, Ant-Man, Black Panther, Dr. Strange, and Iron Fist, all wanna-see by me for sure!

But, his comments about the cosmic Marvel Universe put me over the edge. The possibilities are mind-boggling to me, Thano's, Nova, Guardian's, Kree-Skull war!

What do think, big epic or concentrate on one character? MEGA-bands Protector of the Universe or The Watchers? Star-Lord or Celestrials?

Seems like Feige in really gun-ho on the whole space epic. Might just be Skrulls in the Avengers movie. I think they should hold off on that until FF comes back in house.

I agree, introduce them and let ppl digest them and their abilities hen bring in a larger picture. Reed giving a unit amneasa and stuck as dairy cows.

Hulk in Avengers then hopefully a sequel. Could be a good time to explore his multiple personalities. I would love some Grey, devious Hulk.

The Iron Fist news is for sure excellent. The stories based off Ed Brubaker and Matt Fraction's run on Immortal Iron Fist is the best stuff to use for the movie. So happy Feige thinks the same.

I'm really excited over having some more lesser known heroes get a film. I especially want to see Dr. Strange.

What I wrote in the "Life After Avengers" thread:

I'd like The Incredible Hulk 2, Ant-Man (mostly 'cuz I think Edgar Wright is a fantastic director/screenwriter), Dr. Strange for sure.

With possibly Black Panther, and Daredevil and Fantastic Four Reboots (by Marvel Studios), and Thor 2.

All of these leading up to the second big Marvel ensemble movie, Marvel Civil War, showcasing Iron Man and Captain America back in the leads. Of course they'd be weaving in and out of the other films as well, though, hopefully naturally by this point instead of big secret cameos assuming the universe has been successfully established.

Then life after Civil War would be left for another day.

But reading other ideas got me thinkin' on even MORE-

So here's what should come after Avengers:
Ant-Man
Heroes For Hire (Luke Cage and Iron Fist joint movie)
The Incredible Hulk 2
Black Panther

Dr. Strange

A slow down. They seem like they are spreading themselves to thin and even if Disney is now backing them, Id like to see Marvel be intelligent about moving forward and instead of getting in over their heads.

Eventually Id like to see them tackle both the cosmic corner and marvel knights corner much like they have the avengers corner. Build up Nova, the Inhumans, and Guardians of the Galaxy to crossover in an Anhhilation movie. Build up Daredevil, Punisher, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage for a Marvel Knights crossover vs. The Hand

Seriously Cereal, I like your plan. Keep things simple and focused. I'm afraid at the first sign of a slip Disney panics and goes Avengers 2. Or whatever last brought money.

They probably should concentrate on 2-4 really good movies per year, and not a ton of them.

I do like the ideas for Dr. Strange and Iron Fist in particular.

Would like to see more from the X-Men universe again.

No, what's crazy is I really DIDN'T like the Dark Knight. I thought IH was much better movie, and I like Batman and the darker direction. Guess Joker was just too tough and always one step ahead without any back ground or explanation bugged me.
I think IH gets a sequel unless Avenger bombs, and I don't see that happening... yet

Maybe a Hulk vs Thor, like a godzilla movie!

Should an IH sequel dwell on the Avengers or go off on its own? I like the later because Hulk is so rich in his own characters/foes. I would like more action too. A good reason for Marvel waiting a few years after IH. The tech of giving a Hulk only gets better and cheaper with time.
