The Amazing Spider-Man What villain or villains would you like to see them kick start the reboot with? Part

Goblin and Venom should definelty make appearances in this series. I thought Goblin was done well in Raimi's series(despite the costume),but could be so much better. And Venom,of course,deserves a second chance for being screwed over like he was in 3. Out of Spidey's top villians,Ock is the only one,in my opinion that doesn't need to be in this series. I mean,I'd love to see him again,sure,but he was done so well in Spider-man 2 that Molina kinda set the standard for me. I'd love to see Goblin in part 2 while Norman is set up as a character in this upcoming reboot. And Brock should make his appearance in part 2,the symbiote in 3 and Venom in part 4.

Have Alistair Smythe use his spider slayers (robotic suits,like Iron Man) to be a hitman.JJJ hires Smythe to kill spidey.Smythe uses his spider slayer suit known as the Scorpion to do it.During the battle Smythe's Scorpion spider slayer suit is badly damaged,so Smythe retreats.But spidey slipped a spider tracer onto the spider slayer suit.

When Smythe gets out of the Scorpion spider slayer suit,Smythe hears his alarm go off.When Smythe looks at the monitors and sees spidey on the screen,Smythe quickly runs over to another one of his spider slayers suits known as the Rhino.When spidey shows up to where his spider tracer is,spidey faces the Rhino.

After Smythe is defeated for the second time,Smythe is taken to prison.When Smythe breaks out of prison,Smythe uses a spider slayer suit that looks like spider-man to frame spidey for crimes that spidey hasn't done.

You know I would love for them to incorporate an Allistor Smythe Spider Slayer storyline into the next film or whatever and have Scorpion and Rhino be part of that group.

The Spider Slayers would be Scorpion and Rhino respectively, with J Jonah Jameson and Smyth pulling the strings.

Well, Sony is still planning to do a Venom spinoff but apparently they want to introduce a new "rebooted" Venom in the spiderman reboot series before adapting it in to a spin off. That's why the Venom spin off is so seriously delayed

I've always liked Alistor Smythe and his story. I'd be perfectly happy to see him build a spider-slaying robot, perhaps something like the robot from the opening of Tombraider:

I don't get why some people are so opposed to this idea. Seeing Spidey slow or halt the movement of a hydraulic mechanism with his bare hands was always a cool sight IMO. Imagine seeing him weaken the thing, climb on its' back, tear a basketball sized cpu/powercore out of its' 'body' and holding it victoriously above his head, sparks and wires flying about as it collapses to the ground. BAD ASS.
Now on the other hand, reducing scorpion and Rhino to mere robots created by Smythe is a TERRIBLE IDEA. Needlessly mashing multiple complex stories together into one half-assed oversimplified one. Can't we have some villains just exist with no prior connection to spidey? Having every villain come about directly because of spider-man is just lazy and worse, it makes spidey indirectly responsible for them, which cheapens his role as the hero. Costumed criminals are a dime a dozen in parkers world, they didn't just start showing up the day after he becomes Spider-man.
