What was the best film of phase 2?

I think it's tough because phase 2 was wonderful, vastly superior to phase 1. I reckon he winner has to be captain America 2 the winter soldier though

Yes, this thread is premature.

That said, I don't agree that phase 2 has been "vastly superior" to phase 1. About the same, I'd say. What it has been though is different than phase 1. And that's to be expected with phase 2 having more sequels than phase 1 did.

So far I'd say Cap2 is winning but I've not seen AoU and obviously Ant-Man.

Phase 2 is not vastly superior.

In fact I would say phase 1 is vastly superior. Iron Man 1 and Cap 1 are better than any films in Phase 2 IMO.

Winter soldier was the best so far but it barely did anything for me. Iron man 3 and Thor 2 are among some of my most hated marvel films.

Guardians I don't take seriously, nor really care about. It is what it is.

I have high hopes of Age of Ultron, but I won't be surprised if it falls short, just like the rest. Phase 1 was magic than can't be replicated.

Comparing Winter Soldier to The Dark Knight is laughable. If you love it that much, it's more comparable to The Avengers or DOFP, or something similar. Dark Knight is still on another level.

I've seen AoU now and to me it's neck and neck with Cap2 for best of phase 2. IM3 so far is dead in the middle and GotG and Thor 2 are at the bottom. Still waiting on Ant-Man though.
