I vaguely remember seeing a re-release of Snow White when I was 4 or 5 in the late 80s.

Beauty and the Beast when I was 3 years old back in 1991.

I was thinking about this recently and I believe it was

My parents tell me they took me when I was 2 to see Star Wars Ep. IV in theaters and they say I was quiet and still and awake for the entire movie back in 1977. I'll have to take their word for it since I don't remember that at all. Earliest one I remember seeing in theaters was For Your Eyes Only in 1981 when I was 6.

toss up between Popeye with Robin Williams and Herbie Goes Bananas which came out when I was 5

Earliest one I remember is Cats and Dogs when I was about 5.

First that I can remember was Ghostbusters when I was 3 or 4 (it was likely the movie theatre on a military base, so they tend to be the late runs, so I'm assuming I was 4 by then).

Gremlins and then a month later The NeverEnding Story back in 84 when I was 7. Many great movies that year but 2 was prob all a broke foreign kid could ever ask for really. Lol... Good times indeed.

The first one that I have clear memories of is 2001 A Space Odyssey.

I have two contenders for this--

Sister Act II: Back in the Habit (I have a very, veeeerrrryy vague memory of being in the theatre and being confused and annoying) or Batman Forever (not confused, definitely annoying).

Return of the Jedi, but I only remembered Vader tossing the Emperor.

Either The Jungle Book (I really only remember being freaked out by the sequence where Kaa hypnotizes Mowgli) or The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes (1969).

I think it was The Addams Family in December 1991.

Aladdin. I was 3. And I still remember seeing it in the movies.

A re-release of Cinderella in the late '80s when I was 4 or 5.

Either The Matrix or Star Wars: Episode 1.

I remember these two as my first in-cinema memories.

1994 The Lion King.

The first day we went, every showing was sold out. My siblings and I were devastated. Had to wait a week. But it was worth it.
