what would you have wanted in Spider-Man 4?

I remember when SM4 was announced and I think the first announcement had Sony attempting to film 4 and 5 back-to-back. My first thought upon hearing the announcement was one of relief--the thing I wanted most was for Sam to have a chance to come back and redeem himself for the travesty that was/is SM3. He did so good with the first two Spidey movies, my biggest hope was that he'd be able to return to form. The form that made SM1 and SM2 so great.

Sam stated in an interview that he wanted to create the "best Spider-Man movie" and when he realized that Sony wasn't going to let him have the creative control he needed to make that happen, he backed out. I applaud Sam for having the guts or backbone or whatever to make a stand for what he believed in and walk away.

Yeah its nice that he cared that much and didn't just come back and get a paycheck.

I would've wanted the lizard and black cat, but im pretty happy with how it ended and I love the reboot.

Doctor Connors would have became The Lizard. Kraven The Hunter arrives in New York to hunt and kill the Lizard but Spider-Man tries to stop Kraven oh and I would have killed off Aunt May because we don't need another movie of her giving Peter advise. Then it ends on a cliffhanger where we see Otto Octivis is still alive
