What would you like to see in the rumoured new costume?

You guys make perfect sense.

But I would still love to see a new concept.

I love when Batman is ALL Black.

It isn't as comic book-ish, but it's definately cool. If I was going out in the night, I would wear solid black. Like a ninja = stealth (hence Batman Begins)

i don't know why everyone says that Batman is ninja because of BB... he was a ninja even before the original League of Assassins (in the comics)... He always has been a ninja... THEY JUST WROTE HIM THAT WAY... he was a ninja in the burton films too.

What I am saying is. Begins touched upon that. Really focused on the "STEALTH". Made his suit all black.

His suit was all black in Batman 89, but that was because it was Burton's artistic design.

And yes he was a ninja in the comics, but his suit is BLUE and gray or Black and gray.

All I am saying is, Batman Begins focused on the training he did as a ninja. Learning the importance of stealth, and than he clearly paints his suit all black.

I never said Batman Begins was the only time they did it. My post just references BB, using it as a proper example.

If you actually wanted to be realistic about it, Batman would probably have his suit all a mixed shade of dark grays and blacks. If you really want urban camouflage it has more gray and light black shades in it then straight black, because even at night if you look at buildings they don't appear straight black. They're gradations of grays and blacks.

Batman's comic book suit is already perfect for me. Doesn't need any new 'experiments' gone wrong like the new crappy Captain America design. Big whoop. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Just go back to using the oval sometimes and it's all good

i dont know how you could make an entirely new suit for Batman. you could tweak the colors but its too iconic to change up radically. i would like to see a new suit introduced that could be used in certain conditions, maybe an armored suit or riot gear or something.

what about a sort of pulpish inspired batsuit... VERY SIMPLE DESIGN... just boots, gloves, cowl cape, belt NO TRUNKS... i don't really know what i'm trying to say... something similar to the original DETECTIVE COMICS #27 suit or the batman year one scans for the F. Miller movie!

My apologies, I thought he was comparing the TDK suit to the comic suit in #27. The comic suit now does look similar to the original one, it's the new TDK suit that looks nothing like it or Batman in my opinion which is why I had to respond. All is good now.

I'd say get rid of the outside undies, and make the belt black. Keep everything else as is.

110 % agree with ya. I have always wanted a black belt on Bats. It totally works in Batman Dead End, and it would work well in the comics. Perhaps to make it stand out just a bit, have it highlighted with grey or silver outlines....

I hope the yellow oval/circle doesn't return.

Personally I feel as though The costume doesn't need anything major done to it, just a few little minor things like the belt and undies
