I just finished rereading the Hobbit (still love it). After that I tried Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks but just couldn't get into it. So I sold it to Half Priced Books and picked up Good Omens by Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett. I'm only about 50 pages into it so far but I'm loving it

finally got around to reading Christopher Buckley's Thank You for Smoking, since I liked the movie. It was a great book.

Just finished the Hunger Games trilogy. Started great but the last book was a little weak.

Starting to re-read Game of Thrones.

Perdido Street Station by China Miéville

Definitely one of the best books I've ever read.

The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller, going through some old Batman stories, about to reread Hush

Cain, by Jose Saramago.
Adventures in Reading Cormac McCarthy, by Peter Josyph.

The Journey Home - Edward Abbey
God, Freedom and Evil - Alvin Plantinga

I'm re-reading Where The Redfern Grows for the first time in like forever. I just realized they'd have to edit out certain words because a parent would complain about racism even though the word I'm talking about is not used with race in mind. It's another word for raccoon.

that's my dad's favorite movie

Have you read Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by the same author? It was a fun read and I can't help but to think of him as a vampire hunter now when discussing his real past. :)

not yet but i'm thinking about reading it.

P&P&Z is surprisingly entertaining. I'm about a third of the way through it

I've considered reading P&P&Z but I know nothing about P&P so I don't know that I'll enjoy it as much.

Cold Vengeance by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child
Neverwinter by R.A. Salvatore
Elric: Duke Elric, specifically the some story about Monsieur Zenith, Una Persson and Seaton Begg. It involved Hitler, Goebbels and a couple of other Nazis trying to attain the Holy Grail. Zenith put an end to it with Stormbringer. Awesome story.

batman: Noel. pretty awesome actually. Very clever rendition of "a christmas carol."
