i'm a little over halfway in The 9 Lives of Chloe King

just started the 3 and final part of the Chloe King book. also read a little further in The Eight by Katherine Neville

I had to reread it for my outside reading project, but I read Hold Me Closer, Necromancer. It's a good book, very supernatural with a good mixture of comedy.

reading the 7th TPB of Ultimate X-Men

Child of God, by Cormac McCarthy

The God of Old, by James Kugel

I've recently started "Independence Day" by Richard Ford. Just over a quarter of the way through, but so far I am loving it.

What'd you think?

Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver

I enjoyed it very much. I haven't read any of Palahniuk's newer stuff aside from this, but I've heard a lot of it isn't so great. But I really liked this one; I found it a very funny and quick read.

The Innocent Mage - Karen Miller

Superman: For Tomorrow - Brian Azarello

Good Faith by Jane Smiley
The War of the End of the World by Mario Vargas Llosa
Ham on Rye by Charles Bukowski

finished Herzog. Read Lucky Jim. Now I've started in on Deliverance.

Finished Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. It was fantastic. Thankfully I had read American Gods first because I, honestly, had no idea that it was kind of a follow up and that was a pleasant surprise. A very entertaining read and glad that I stuck with it. I started it about five months ago, read the first 50 pages, and just seemed boring. Then picked it back up and couldn't put it back down.

Moving on to Swan Song by Robert McCammon...

The Walking Dead vol 10, damn intense, and I'm way behind in my reading.
