Loved it. I feel a little bit guilty for it, because it's so twisted, but it was entertaining. The premise is absurd of course, but I don't think there was any way to make that idea credible, so who cares? It's still fun.
Pointless violence, the most unreliable and annoying narrator in recent history, commercial culture's ability to co-opt and capitalize upon anything remotely rebellious and individualistic, and turn it into consumer goods -- what's not to love?
I wanted to see the Turtles of both shows interact in a long time
9.5/10
Also: The Phantom 7/10
Not the 90s movie starring Billy Zane (which I really like), this one is a TV two parters.
the movie mixed elements that remind me of: Judge Dredd, Robocop, Assassin's Creed, Metal Gear, Spider-Man 3, Bulletproof monk, Nolan/Bale Batman movies, the Assignment, MK rebirth, and Resident Evil 5
A beautifully crafted film. Rachel Weisz steals the film with her Oscar-winning performance and Ralph Fiennes gave an excellent performance as well. Visually, the cinematography is beautiful with the camera showing the vibrant and colorful location of Africa. All in all, I heartily recommend this film.
