Bigger, Stronger, Faster*

A very honest look inside the world of steroids and pro athletes. It shows its down sides and it shows the way people misconstrue and perceive steroids.
9/10

Ceremony - 5/10 It's a very meh romantic comedy. I don't remember laughing that much, only thinking that Michael Angarano was pretty amusing. Uma Thurman has had a lot of hits and misses over the years, and I'm still not sure why she decided to do this one.

8 1/2- bored me nearly to tears

Transformers 3...woulda been better if it weren't so long and boring and the exact same formula as part 2. 7/10, great action and fx and 3d visual eye candy though, gotta give em that!

Transformers 9/10
Transformers 2 7.5/10

What the hell is that Green Lantern poster?

Marley & Me

Yes, I liked it. Wanna fight about it?

The central idea is decent but drowned out by the noise of annyoing and stupid characters who aren't needed and who are tonally out of sync with Prime, Sam, Mikayla and Lennox.

The first one kept it's humour in bounds to a large degree, and kept the juvenile toilet humour to a minimum, here Bay's inner frat boy is let loose and ruins many scenes with crass and moronic humour. The heart of the first film is also lost for the most part.

On the upside there are some fantastic sequences and stunning shots, and as I said, the central story thread is solid, it's the execution and junk surrounding it that lets it down.

6/10

Exactly why didn't like Revenge of the Fallen

5.5/10,Very big plot holes/The twist being ruined in the dvd poster&menus and the direction&writing itself pretty much ruins most of the movie!!

What's this about?

It's about two danish resistance members who are basically assassins. They do hits on certain members of the Nazi party. It's based on true events apparently. Pretty damn good though.

Have you seen Transformers 3 yet?

Transformers Dark of the Moon

The first half still had stupid humor and stuff I didn't care for but the second half was epic. I love the building scene :wow:

Sounds good, I'll have to check it out.

Not yet, I am going on Monday for the latest dose of Bayhem! :woot:

The Company Men - 7/10 Very decent performances by Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones, and Chris Cooper. Takes place in 08 when the recession was really kicking off, Affleck is down-sized and spends the next year looking for a job. The interesting part of the movie is how these people react to what others would think about them being jobless. It's very much a drama, and if they didn't use the "F" bomb so much, they probably could have got away with PG-13 and more people would've seen it.

Nice! It's definitely not as bad as the second film.

4/5

Not sure if I like this more than the original, but it was really good for a remake.
