The Guns of Navarone - 9/10

Fantastic filmmaking that's a man on a mission war film. The cast is steller; Peck, Niven, and Quinn are all impressive. And a really cool appearance by Richard Harris at the beginning. Great direction, screenplay, and dialogue that really strikes a chord. I almost mistakened this for the sequel.

I mean it really was horrible. All the characters were completely unlikeable. The plot was completely pathetic and it was basically a movie about stuff that not a single person in the world would give a **** about...
