This is going to be something that most people will yell at me for but...

I almost wish Batman was being rebooted ala Superman. Not that we need another origin, but when Didio and Lee were talking about the current Superman feeling...old, I couldn't help but think that Batman feels the exact same way. If not moreso.

I mean, I guess they can still write Batman younger without undoing any of his history, but I'd really like to see a young, 20-something Batman in his prime again. Batman with his gigantic bat-family (not that I have a problem with the bat-family), his son, his history with Talia, and Ra's, and Jason, and Gordon, etc., etc...it just makes him seem ancient by now.

Unlike Superman, Batman's remained universally popular. Everybody thinks Batman is cool, homoerotic jokes aside. So why fix what isn't broken?

Also, it seems like Batman's only like early 30s at the most after the relaunch. Assuming he started as Batman at around his mid 20s still, that's 5 years of established post-relaunch canon since Superman's first appearance + however many years Batman operated in secret before Superman = mid 30s at his eldest.

Agreed I would absolutely hate it if Batman was rebooted or if any of the bat characters were rebooted or retconned

It would convince me to stop buying DC comic books

I would hate it if the Judas Contract was placed outside of continuity and every single DC book I read was dropped.

The rumor is that Teen Titans are forming for the first time, if that's the case then all the old Teen Titan stories are out of continuity. Hopefully they just mean the current version of the Teen Titans is meeting for the first time.

Another Question about the relaunch: so with Superman being re started, does this mean we are getting another superman origin story! thats like 3 only in the last 8/10 years!
