The French taco, which bears little resemblance to anything Mexican, is a cross between a grilled panini, wrap and kebab, with everything sealed inside a vast rectangular parcel – fries included. There is often a pile-up of different meats jostling together, such as chicken nuggets and merguez sausage, and several sauces. Taco Burrito King in Chicago is pretty good, as is Mr. Taco, located at the intersection of Ogden and Austin... and I can't forget El Farol on Archer Rd...

Not my favorite but I do like the burger at Big Boy’s. They toast and butter the bun which adds to the flavor.

I just found out that there's a Roy Rogers 6 minutes from one of my PT jobs, and I've been hitting that place like a junkie whenever I'm out here. I haven't even been to any of my other favorite spots cause I've been getting my fast food needs met. I wasn't able to make it there before work today, but I'm hitting it as soon as I'm out of here. They're not ready!
