I hope we get a less *****y Gwen Stacy in this film, so that I don't cheer when she's thrown off the bridge.
I think by virtue of the fact that Gwen, at some point in the film, will know Peter is Spider-Man serves as a little bit of evidence that Gwen is going to be a little bit more capable as a girlfriend for him. I think that also makes her inevitable death even more tragic.
What? She's going to find out Peter is Spider-Man?

Look at the bottom of the picture.
hahaha For some reason I picture this costume looking absolutely amazing in motion.
I've had this argument many times before but I don't feel like getting into it again. I'll just say this and then I'm leaving it:
The Spider-Man costume seen in the comics is a fantastic and classic design, but it doesn't work in the context of a modern, grounded setting. It just doesn't. While there are some changes I could do without, this costume does way better in 2012 than the classic Spidey costume does.
lol!!!!But right before she dies she gives birth to..... THE GREY GOBLIN!!
Yeah, I hope Sally Field can convincingly play a murderous, red monster.
A brand new Mercedes! Congrats! In the EW picture of Gwen healing Peter's wounds, the suit is clearly at the bottom of the picture. I think that same scene is in the trailer, although I'm not sure.
EDIT: 600 posts?! What do I win?![]()

On a serious note, now that I think about, it seems unlikely that they won't kill Gwen, but it's not a definite. If they do kill her off, it probably won't be until the third movie. The second movie would still be too soon for that. Emma Stone is signed on for several movies, so I think they'll keep her around longer. I'm just guessing though. I could be wrong. What did he do after she died in the comics? I know he went after Green Goblin, but I don't know what he did after that.
