And not just at the end of the movie or at the end of the credits. Or is it way too early to make one?

Uh, the Avengers has been announced already. Coming out in 2011 or 2012.

yeah other than the Avengers there probably won't be any for a while considering FOX has X-Men and Fantastic Four rights, and Sony has Spider-Man.

Define "crossover". If you're talking Spider-Man meets the X-Men, never. If you're talking about expanded integration that has already been touched on, a la SHIELD in an IM movie or Iron Man meets Hulk, maybe after the Avengers.

unfortunately like others said since the Marvel characters are owned by a multitude of different companies we probaly will never see it.

Avengers could be a crossover, but technically it's just an adaptation. Honestly I wouldn't want to see a crossover movie anyway. There is a big potential that it wouldn't end up too well. I see one being really corny if the reason why they're teaming up is only given 2 hours to develop. A TV series maybe, but a movie would just cram things down into a few moments that are supposed to be cool with no good story to back them up.

Punisher vs. Daredevil! Let the streets run red!

Punisher War Zone has already been given the "Marvel Knights" logo at the start...

Fox should tie FF, X-Men and DD together, but I doubt they would. At this point I would be happy if Reed got a phone call from the Beast or Sue took some papers to their lawyer, Matt Murdock.

That'll never happen. I'd like to see FF & X-Men together, just because of the contrast between the hatred of mutants & the love for cosmic freaks.

i'd like to see various teamups, but of course certain members of marvel canon have the film rights secured elsewhere, and as Watchmen showed, these studios tend to be ultra-territorial about who uses who & where.. certainly for the near future, spidey, most of the x-men/mutants, Daredevil/Elektra and F4 are sewed up with major studios outside of marvel.. and possibly a few more where the option status is unclear depending on the report (Cage, Doc Strange, SubMariner).. Punisher's at Lion's Gate.. Unless the next Marvel film via Sony or Fox just totally crashes & burns (which, for whatever its worth, I hope does not happen) then Marvel has less negotiating leverage terms of getting releases for those characters..

Realistically, the most flexibility is in animated features-- to a degree, anyway-- Sony tends to keep Spidey to themselves, but most of the other characters can potentially be seen in animation together.. Ultimate Avengers 1 & 2 and "Hulk vs. Thor/Wolverine" is one example..

live action Avengers is still at least a few years away, we'll see how the other features develop beforehand-- Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America.. there might be some 'easter eggs' in those features..

Metal, as you may be aware, there are superhero fan-films floating around the web and on the convention circuit, the production values drastically vary, but they can be fun in a 'what if' kind of way.. I don't know of any concerning marvel characters but chances are, 'somebody' has tried it..

It wouldn't surprise me if Daredevil turns up in the Deadpool movie. That "starbuck" from Battlestar Gallactica was found researching Typhoid Mary. Daredevil and Deadpool had a great story back in 97 where they had to team up to stop her.

I wanna see Ghostrider + Blade. Maybe Ghostrider won't suck so much then.

If they strayed away from the things that made Blade:Trinity and Ghost Rider bad movies, this could be a pretty good team up. You could create a reasonable way for them to cross paths and work together. Unfortunately I don't have faith that it could be pulled off correctly. Studio interference would really hurt the effort.

Well Fox are gonna want to hold on to as many characters as possible. And the Daredevil rights have nearly expired right? There is no Daredevil movie in the pipeline, but there is a Deadpool movie. I don't expect it to happen but if it did then i wouldn't be surprised at all.

But isn't the Deadpool/Wolverine Universe in the past? Matt Murdock would be about Cyclops' age in the Wolverine film.

Deadpool could be in any time frame. Past, present, furture. Hell the Deadpool movie could be set in the distant future for all we know.

They could feature Deadpool on a big ship in the future. I'm sure he could have fun blasting away on that thing.:hehe:

I would kill for both of those to happen.

Maybe Marvel can make some sort of deal with Fox & maybe Sony when Iron Man 2 (& hopefully Thor & Cap) blow the Fox movie's grosses out of the water.
