I hope not Fox & Disney bad, since Disney could easily play the civil war trailer with star wars instead.

Not sure, but the almighty buck can make up for whatever dissension lies between them. And you can bet that WB will be ready and willing to make a deal of some kind, as it behooves them to do so.

Exactly, Disney have another similar to BvS versus superhero film coming soon from star wars, why promote the competition? it will definitely be Civil War and not BvS unfortunately.

Both studios share the same marketing agency. That's all I'll say on that, but take that tidbit however you choose.

I'd say Star Wars has to be a sure bet considering how many people are going to see that plus the fact that BvS comes out 3 months after.

Put a kickass trailer on the level of MOS Trailer 3 in there and you'll have everyone leaving the theater excited for the movie.

Would Disney really promote a DC film like that though? Just doesn't make business sense to me.

It's not a matter of them willing to promote a competitor product, this is how the industry works. Copies of big studio trailers are attached to their competitor films all the time.

Dude this is the third "troll" from you I've come across in the past day. Just know that it's very easy to do that on here (which is why you can do it), but people can get kicked for that sort of thing. Don't think we haven't seen our share of it.

I'm thinking the next full trailer will be attached to all theatrical prints of Star Wars, but it'll drop online a week or two before the movie premieres.

Like Unbreakable said, Disney can only attach 2 trailers to SW. The remaining 4 are up to the theatre. If the BvS trailer is out by then, it will most probably also be shown in front of SW, and there's nothing Iger can do about it.

Because its' nothing to do with Bob Iger. Cinema chains decide at the end of the day.

Because studios can't monopolize ad time like that. If I'm the theater exec, I'm going to want to advertise other big movies with a similar audience that are going to be playing sooner in my theater.

The star wars trailer that appeared on Monday was only verified the day before.

But I think there was a lot more online buzz about that rumor than this one, apart from El Mayimbe the rest of the news outlets and scoopers haven't said a thing about this rumor being true or not.
