When You Were A Kid What Was Your Favourite Stuffed Animal / Teddy

Okay after a discussion with a group of friends, that every kid had one toy that they loved as if it was real, so I thought I would make this thread asking you guys what your favourite stuffed animal / teddy was.

Mine was a Parrot named Roly, which I obsessively carried around everywhere until an unfortunate accident with a bonfire.

He looked kinda like this

Probably my Donald Duck toy, he was cool. Donald was always my favourite Disney character .

Either my rubber ducks, Erica and Dimitri (my mom watched a lot of All My Children when I was little) or the white bunny they brought me home from the hospital with. <3

When I was born, my dad bought this guy for me in the hospital gift store. I lost it's eyes when I was 2-ish. I've had him ever since in a box under my bed. It's like a polar bear.

It was this plushie-like Mickey Mouse doll--it used to have this thing in it's plastic head that would cast this orange light when you squeezed it.

I was Beanie-Baby crazed when I was younger but my favorite was the very first one I received, Bongo:

Currently he is not in the, er, greatest conditions..but is tucked away in a plastic case.

I had a green stuffed mouse made out of this terry-cloth type material. I called him Mickey, even though he looked NOTHING like Mickey Mouse. He went EVERYWHERE with me. I remember leaving him at the home of my folks' friends we were visiting when I was around 7 years old and coming UNGLUED in the car because of it. They had to convince me that Mickey was taking his own vacation and would be coming home, soon, which bought them enough time to ship Mickey back to me. My parent's friends put a bunch of post cards from various travel destinations in the box with him so it looked like he'd been all over the world, which was pretty cool. Mickey survived various eye, nose and tail transplants over the years. I still have him in a box somewhere.

I used to have a stuffed dog that I called "Star Puppy." Used to take it everywhere with me: around the house, to the mall, to friends' houses, etc. One time I was eating with it and I must've gotten some of my food on it. My mom took it and put it in the washing machine and dryer. All of its fur was really abrasive afterward. My mom through it away shortly after.

My favorite stuffed animal as a wee young'un was a plush dragon toy.

I got it with an Easter basket, and the dragon's rear end smelled like candy for a while from sitting on top of the basket full of sweets. So I walked around the house for days carrying this plush dragon everywhere and sniffing its sweet candy-scented ass.

I'm sure it's probably still in a box buried somewhere in my mom's attic. I'll have to organize an archeological (or would that be paleontological?) expedition to find it someday.

I still have a really destroyed blanket that I always had with me. It was at one point white with balloons on it, now it's just a pile of knots with no balloons.

I was never that into stuffed animals. I had a Mickey though.

I took it from my sister's room and have had it since. I ended up having like 5 or 6 b/c they got so worn. I still have my original.

Since I was a baby, fool. It used to say "oh bother" when you squeeze it, but that ****er has seen better days. I used to be on the verge of tearing its head off in bed at night when I used to imagine the tall man from Phantasm was in the room with me. Don't ask.
