Where the Wild Things are.

Mmmm, the Arcade Fire song fit it so perfectly. I was surprised to hear it though

That trailer made me feel like when I was 6 years old watching the Muppet show. When it was over I had a big smile.

And it comes out a week after my birthday.

WOW, i absolutely loved that trailer, the music was perfect, i cant wait for this!

That was a PHENOMENAL trailer! Great usage of the Arcade Fire! Spike Jonze needs to make a Superman movie.

man i've been wating for a trailer for this for ages, looks like huge amounts of un to watch, i can't wait.

whoa! I was not excepting that when I heard of this movie. the cgi on the creatures looks awesome. is it me or does the movie seem to have more in it than the book? I don't remember all the adventure looking aspects that are present in the trailer being in the book.

For refresher purposes...

I'm.... gonna need to see this high, arent I?

Yup, definitely a herbal remedy film.

Not mushrooms, no way... you'll be seeing wild things for days...

I was thinking LSD....
:oldrazz:

Duuuudde....that shag rug is talkin'. Awesome...

Nononononono... we do not incur the evil imagination gods anymore.

Tell me about it. Never have done it, never will. I'm just too afraid that I'd flip out and run in front of a bus or something. It's just too risky....

You do realize that the book was like 30 pages long, right?

BTW, the trailer knocked my socks off.

I heard a "bad trip" urban myth about a guy who tripped so hard he hallucinate seeing Muppet's for weeks after he dropped. All freaky kinds like fraggles, the big beasty stuff, bigbird, Oscar, The great Gonzo, ect. Not sure if it was true or not, but it is an entertaining visual though thought to see thinks like that just walking around.

Back to the movie though... I'm loving the integration of Effects on the creatures in this. I like Max having what looks like enhanced strength. Who is playing what monsters voice, I thought Whitaker was the one with the stripes and scales, but it sounded like Gandolphini (who is in this). who is who?

the more I watch the trailer the more I fall in love with it. Especially the end..."they roared their terrible roars, and they gnashed thier terrible teeth, and rolled thier terrible eyes and showed thier terrible claws."

Yeah, it's just another in a long line of fantabulous trailers this month.

gosh, i just watched it again, it is absolutely blowing me away. the music is so perfect!

Just put this Trailer on My Ipod so I can watch this over and over when I'm not at my Computer. LOL j/k I have a life but still atleast I don't have to go find it every time now.

Wait a second...if I go see Monsters vs Aliens in digital 3D, will I still see this trailer?

Its hard to say however if you do go see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D don't go see it on a Imax screen if you want to see that trailer with the movie. Imax usually only has previews for movies that are coming to Imax soon. I remember when seeing the Dark Knight they only had trailers for Watchmen and Harry Potter 6.
