I think we had a lot more innovation and weren't afraid in the 90s. It was us just coming off the 80s and it was a pretty big transition.

I get tired of seeing everyone having a cell phone in their ear all the time. People get so absorbed by those things.

That has gotten old quickly.

Welcome to the cyborg age.

There's no going back.

^THIS. I personally didn't get my own cellphone until 2008, everyone else were just texting-zombies I swear

I work in customer service and sometimes it is difficult to stay patient with people that are staring at their devices when you are trying to talk to them about something important. Put down the damn phone for a minute and listen! :whatever:

Them damn youngins and their technologies!!! :argh:

2000s, because I was done with school, and my teen years. Both were hells I would not care to repeat.

I don't like it either.

And the people who listen to loud music on the train or the bus. Some of them don't even bother to wear headphones.

I voted the 90s. Although the 00s has the 90s beat in two major categories, superhero movies and comics.

Thinking about 90s comics makes me nauseous. All those variant hologram covers, every character at one point or another had oversized guns, even Hulk and Thor had guns! Pouches galore, women were drawn misshapen with torpedo t!ts, Superman and Batman killed (well when someone esle took their mantles), the Spider-Man clone saga and symbiote overload, Image Comics, Iron Man wasn't in any major cross over and not in the DC vs Marvel (but that's just my personal peeve), and the main reason 90s comics sucked, you guessed it Rob Liefeld.

As far as the real world goes, the 00s had 9/11, two wars, the recession, and Bush. It'll be hard for another decade to top this.

This! Like I said in my last post, 2001 was bad because of 9/11 but it was great because I was also done with high school and had more freedom to do whatever I wanted.

Plus, PS2 and GTA III

1990's because I was between the age of 2-11 and those were the most fun years. You are aware of your surroundings and life is just perfect. Everything is new and exciting, even the most simple of things are profound and mind blowing, and there is little to no care in the world.

GTA III was indeed fun. It pretty much created the open sandbox genre.

Probably one of my fondest memories from 2000-2005.

So far the 90's has the 2000's beat literally 3:1!

I saw my first naked girl up close in the 90s. So there's that.

That's something a 00'er would say.

I admit, we shouldnt get too nostalgic for the 90s either. We had to deal with the Rodney King verdict, the OJ Simpson trial, the Oklahoma City bombing and Pauly Shore.

Cheddarrrrr! Chedar Whizzzzy!! Owwww owwwww!

The 1990's. How I miss them.

It's not just that the nineties were awesome, the 2000's were just awful.

I mean, Super Nintendo and the Nintendo 64... vs the Gamecube, and the Wii.

Well, I suppose it wasn't all bad. The PS2 and Dreamcast had their moments.

Still, after 9/11, the whole decade went down hill. School shooting after school shooting. 8 years of Bush, and the great recession...
