I dont see the point in him being an upgrade of Wolverine, since I thought thats what Deathstryke was supposed to be in X2, but we'll have to wait and see I guess.

Well isnt Sabretooth the one who hunts Wolverine down, Sabretooth isnt hunted in the movie, he hunts Wolverine down I believe, so this Weapon XI isnt needed IMO, but we'll see I guess.

Well yea, this is all speculation at this point.

For the record, Wovlie vs 'Pool will be an epic fight. Two guys with healing factors, one animalistic, one completely ****ed in the head. Both use sharp weapons, what more could you ask for?

I liked the Wolverine/Deathstrike fight too. Although it was unfinished, I preferred the R rated version.

I hope the final Wolverine/Sabretooth fight isn't an afterthought and really means something between the two of them. I'm hoping for a long, dirty, physical match that can compete with the likes of Neo vs Agent Smith in The Matrix. Just, without all the fancy moves.

I agree, it wasnt needed. But Studios that do that are trying to reach every demograph so they must of felt they needed someone with a oriental background since there are know other asian characters in the film.

It's in the deleted scenes of the X2 movie. There are some slight differences in the fight as they took out a part where Wolverine stabbed Deathstrike way below the waist. They also shortened the part where Deathstrike stabbed Wovlerine in the bicep.

I watched the HD version of the Wolverine trailer. In the fight between Logan and Creed he did a great arm block and was going to follow it up with a counterstrike. But I don't know if that's before he gets the adamantium or after. It looked like a good martial arts move.

Depends if Deadpool is actually Deadpool, or just Foxpool. I'll take that one if he's more like the wisecracking merc I've grown to love, but if not, Agent Zero is really intriguing me so far. And of course, Sabertooth.
