First Avenger which Invaders do you want for First Avenger Captain America?

There Is a big question on who owns the rights to namor.Universal was going to do a film
but Kevin Feige says now Universal has no rights to any marvel Characters.Because the Sub-Mariner Is considered the first mutant he might be tied up with Fox.I am skepitcal we will actully see In Theatres the talked about Fantastic Four,Daredevil,and Deadpool
reboots from Fox.Of course we all know Fox sucks.Namor should be In Captain america.
Because of Fox The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will probally never be In avengers film.

Doesn't the Avengers reporting to a black man as their boss fill the minority quotient? That said I would love to see BP in any movie.

well i think its more logical to think at least for avengers 1 to have black widow and warmachine be invovled with the group. So then it gives time for marvel to do antman and black panther solo films between 2013/2014 and then they become members of avengers in avengers 2.

my standpoint is this..what does WM bring to the Avengers that Iron Man doesnt...I'd rather they use that spot for another character than IM-lite.

well if guys like wasp/antman-giant man ar actually going to get that film going(likely coming out in 2013/2014) i could see them working in their solo film first then the actors have options to appear in avenger sequels and all that.

I think it woul be a mistake not to use the buzz of Avengers to promote other films...just like these films are building up to Avengers...use Avengers to build up other films....

I want an international team for the Invaders, have Bucky be Captain America's sidekick (sorta like how you don't have Robin in the Justice League), and just forget about Toro IMO.

Now you gotta have Captain America, Namor, and the Human Torch. They're like Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America for the Avengers or Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman for the Justice League.

As for the rest, I would go with Union Jack for the United Kingdom, Red Guardian for the Soviet Union, and T'Chaka for Wakanda.

Now while the Red Guardian and Black Panther weren't invaders, I personally find it a tad bit insulting to history how the Russians don't get their proper due in Marvel's WWII and I think it would be interesting to have the Red Guardians loyalties divided between his brothers in combat and Mother Russia. And T'Chaka would be a good way to introduce Black Panther in the Marvel Universe.

Sorry Poland, but Blue Bullet is lame and not having a spot in the Invaders would be a good way of showing how Poland got continually screwed in World War II, and France really didn't produce any major WWII superheroes.

well they announced Armin Zola was cast and he was a scientist so I could see a way to do the Axis villains

I could see Cap being created out of necessity as a direct reaction to the the Axis villains - although I'd just show them in action in a newsreel or something and I definately wouldnt refer to them by name; I mean, 'Asbestos Lady'?

If Namor and Android torch, or at least the classical depictions of them, are in, the movie will collapse. I am almost 100% positive it will just be a special black ops team, maybe with some serum enhancements although that waters down your lead character. I don't care if they tease the Torch or Namor as tongue and cheek (as long as it isn't a WTF moment), but they shouldn't be in the film. They have gone somewhat realistic with IM. You don't pay O'Reiley and all those other news hosts unless you are trying to make the universe legit. I didn't read the Thor script, but I do know they are including a scientific explanation for Asgard, but that stuff needs time to develop. The Invaders need to be elite commandos with the latest technology and nothing too out of the ordinary.

Agree with this 100%. I can't possibly fathom Marvel putting Namor and Android Torch into this movie. The premise is so utterly rediculous that it would crush this movie and hinder the chances of Avengers being a big hit. Cap must be the first superpowered hero in this universe or he really loses all of his importance. I mean they are calling it FIRST AVENGER after all. What the heck is so special about Cap if there is an Atlantean king and an android that can combust into flames running around?

He builds a suit of armor in a cave, has an AI house and AI robotic arms...but a robot flame thrower it out there????
I dont see how Namor is more unrealistic than Thor???
