At least Fantastic Four got Johnny and Ben spot on perfectly.

X-Men 3, for all it's gigantic cast, got one single character right - Beast.

And that, to me, is far more criminal than anything Fantastic Four could have possibly done.

I imagined something else for all of them!
But then again I didn't make them just watched them and .... it was a great feeling to see them on the big screen.
When I will make one of them I will criticise the others.
They did a good job ... could have been better but then again I am not perfect

DD was an empty shell of a movie, FF was some silly fun but the worst is X3 because with the previous films were so good and this had so much potential but was spoilt by the loss of Brian Singer and a Phoenix with no personality.

:xmen: :xmen: :xmen:

Fantastic Four gives Batman & Robin a run for its money. :down

I have a hard time believing that FF2 will be any better, but we can always hope.

They need to get Morgan Freeman on there. Any movie hes in is automaticall an Oscar contender.

Fantastic 4. It had about 100 flaws and a thousand campy lines.

Another thing about X-Men 3.

BIG SPOILERS!!!

Rogue. She decided to take the cure?? That's a great message to send to kids, isn't it?? The X-Men is supposed to teach understanding and tolerance. It isn't about saying "yeah, it's fine to be a mutant, but like, maybe ya should become normal!". It's sending out the wrong message. The cure is sort of a metaphor for "if you were black, and you could become white, would you do it?". The answer should be... "yeah, sometimes it's hard being black, but I shouldn't have to become white. I'm proud of who I am."

Being black is not the same thing as being unable to have any physical relationship with another human being your entire life. If people prefer these movies to be set in a more realistic world than you have to except the characters making realistic decisions and any teen in todays world who has to choose between being celibate for their entire life or to take a cure so they could have a relationship would take the cure no matter what message it sends to other kids.

X-Men 3. Bad effects, short time, and most of all a story with too many holes and stepping on the continuity too much.

I actually liked Daredevil (for those who didn't like it, see the Director's Cut it's a much better movie), and the Fantastic Four movie wasn't that bad.

The theatrical Daredevil was pretty bad, but I like the Directors Cut a lot. Besides that, I think they were all pretty good films. I enjoyed them.

From best to worst:

1. X3
2. Daredevil DC
3. FF

I'm very disappointed with all 3 movies, but X3 is a movie that should've/could've been great had they worked on the script more and not rush the movie out (stupid FOX). The story had alot of plotholes, the performances were very uneven, and character development unexistent. And the worst of all is the fact that they screwed up Dark Phoenix saga, arguably the best story ever from Marvel.

Daredevil had a decent cast, but the director (Mark Steven Johnson) was the wrong man for the job because he just didn't have enough talent to pull this movie off. Even though it was inspired by Frank Miller's work, they did not do enough to make the characters stand out like they did under Miller's pen. They were clearly thinking about the Elektra spinoff when they made this movie, and it ended up hurting it because Elektra did not received enough development before she was killed, and it led to a lackluster "sequel" that damaged both franchises. Even though the DC version was better, but the damage was already done. DD is one of my fave characters and I'm so pissed that Marvel and FOX dropped the ball on this one.

As for Fantastic Four, it is clear to me that Marvel just wanted to make a "family" movie filled with some mindless action and comedy in order to please the masses. They incorrectly assume that FF should be a superhero movie first, and so they disregard all the elements that would've made it into a good movie (like character development). Too bad The Incredibles shown Marvel exactly how it is supposed to be done and Marvel STILL screwed up, anyway. And the biggest travesty is Marvel chickened out on the origin of Dr. Doom, and turned what was one of the best villain in comicdom into this weak corporate suit who lust after Invisible Woman and traded away his intelligence and ambition for some metal virus and electricity powers borrowed from Electro. The end result is one of the worst superhero movies out there, and it doesn't seemed like the addition of Silver Surfer and Galactus can turn it around (but I'd love to be proven wrong).

X-Men isn't just a race allegory, it's about every kind of prejudice and minority. It's also about puberty, and teenagers always wish they could change things about themselves.

Also, don't you think a gay person has ever wished they were not gay? Or a person has wished their skin colour was different? I'm afraid it happens.

Besides all that, in the context of the story, Rogue can't even touch anybody ! Of course she wants that cured.

Daredevil- Not a great movie or even a good one, but at least it had the decency of being mediocre, which I can't say for the other two. (4/10)

Fantastic Four - They pissed on Doctor Doom with his crap origin and tinfoil face and the dialogue made me want to rip my eardrums out ("No, let's."), but at least Ben and Johnny made it remotely watchable. (2/10)

X3- Not only was the dialogue piss-poor ("A coccoon of telekinetic energy") and the characters pissed on (Wolverine the crybaby; dead Cyclops; mute, zombie Phoenix; lame Juggernaut and Multiple Man; and practically inexistent Colossus, Angel, Rogue, and Mystique), but it had the misfortune of following two good X-Men movies as well. (1/10 for Kelsey Grammar)
