Someone mentioned Captain Planet, right now would be a perfect time for them to make it if they wanted to, but the characters would have to be updated alot, they were so 80's-90's.

I beg to differ. The number is 3 out of 5 at worst. I like that batting average.

What TV cartoon has worked so far anyway? Transformers made serious money but it was quite dumb. Underdog? The Flintstones? Alvin & The Chipmunks? Gack.

How about any TV show adaptation? Beverly Hillbillies? Starsky & Hutch? Dukes of Hazard? Wild Wild West? The Brady Bunch? Charlie's Angels? Bewitched? All Crap.

I'll stick with comic book adaptations, thank you.

I'd love to have this on DVD. Featured much of the same voice cast as Thundercats (same company, natch), plus Maggie Wheeler (the squeaky voiced Janice on FRIENDS) as the primary/only female vocalist.
