I'd join The Spawn & The Exalted, as a double agent.

I'd use Spawn and his followers to obliterate Shadaloo, easily. Then I'd use Exalted and his peacful ways to brainwash Spawn's crib from the inside, and either convert them into the newfound 'system' of peace and love , or failing that I would use the army of T-800's I and Spawn Army stole from the sacking of Shadaloo and program them to turn against The Spawn army and wipe them out. All of them
