Which universe would you want to Live in Marvel Or DC

That's a silly thing to say. It's the same way in both companys.

Bulls**t, Gravity is a pretty interesting character. Just created last year. Instant D-Lister.

He's only been around for A year dude. Give him some time, he's gonna be part of the mini beyond where he'll get some good time to shine and make a name for himself.

Maybe. But most likely, in five years, he's gonna be in comic limbo just like most of the Slingers. Or Cannon Fodder in the next big event like the New Warriors. But that doesn't matter, my point is, that what you said, was total bull. And I shouldn't have even bothered with the standard "Marvel does it too." response. It serves no purpose. Fact is, in Superhero comics, the big names will always be the big names. And the new characters rarely, very rarely get noticed by the comic buying public right away or at all for that matter. No matter what company. But there are always exceptions. Like Legacy characters. Take former GL, Kyle Rayner for instance. Had a good run as GL for ten years. Because he was GL, he was instant big leagues. Then you got characters brought in on team books. Lots of D Lister's on the Avengers. But in the context of the MU, they were pretty big, because they were members of the top team in the MU. Just like many members of the JLA over at DC. Blue Beetle, Fire, Booster Gold, Red Tornado. D-Listers yes, but they were JLA. And as JLA, instant big leagues. So, don't give me that crap about Marvel characters somehow being able to accend to the hights of popularity with in their universe. It's just not true. That's just fanboy malarkey.

I didnt say it doesnt happen in marvel and I'm not giving you any CRAP, I'm just saying I think it's easier to make a name for yourself in Marvel without being part of a legacy. It's not a fact it's just my opinion, your opinion is that my statement was total bull****, well I think your statement is bull****. Your a fanboy just like I am so cool your ****in jets, FANBOY.

Fanboy? Far from it. If you had a little more diversity in your pull list you'd understand, but you're right. It's your opinion.

I dont think you even know what my pull list is, so dont talk about crap you dont even know about. If you ask me I'll give you a list of the comics on my pull list.

Gravity is one of the few none mutant superheroes to show up from Marvel with any real staying power to kill him off is pretty dumb.

It seems a lot easier to get powers in the DC universe than it does in the Marvel universe, so I'm gonna go with DC.

I would rather live in the Marvel universe since everyone discriminates against the mutants so maybe they'd stop discriminating against everyone else and maybe we could get a few civil liberties in order.

LoL I think that's pretty interesting logic ya got there whitequeen.

I'd rather live in Marvel cause a)DC wierds me out. Normal people dont act... normal. they worship people that are different instead of trying to kill them.
Thats extremely non-human behavior that would throw me right off.

and b) In Marvel there's always the chance I could just get powers without having to do anything for them. Good old mutant gene. It's like playing the lottery without buying a ticket.

Only problem is, you'd likely have had a cool, kickass power, but then Wanda would've taken them away. :(

I think I'd rather take my chances on finding some freaky magic cloak and becoming the new Invisible Hood in the DCU or something.

I'd take Marvel because there's more freedom there. Captain America's view of DC from JLA/Avengers was spot on. It's like that book about the utopian place where everyone's become a robot and you can't really do anything. Superman is watching . .

keep in mind you keep living your normal life you have no powers. just a regular person.

Neither. The life expectancy wouldn't go past 50 years over there.

I do like the world of Tom Strong and Terra Obscura.

I find it difficult to believe 'He' is, but I see what you mean. No way those guys speak for me and mine.
