I think since GM provided most of the vehilces for the first movie, it would be highly likely they would do it again. Now, it's also possible that, since this movie is doing so well, that other automakers may begin to pounce on the chance to be in the next film. It really would be a TON of cheap advertising for them.

I really hope that's what happens. I mean Hasbro has been using cars from all makes and models in the toylines for years. I can't understand why those same automakers wouldn't want that kind of product placement to carry over to the movie. I mean I could see why they may not be as generous as GM and give them vehicles cart blanche, but to not even allow them to use their vehicles?

That Soundwave is outstanding. I love how the alt. modes' grill serves as a homage to his classic cassette deck. If he's anything like that, I'd be completely satisfied.

I could see Soundwave maybe as something like this - some sort of military communications vehicle, but as far as Shockwave, I am not sure. Aside from Megatron he is my favorite Decepticon and I don't really know what he could be. An Apache Helicopter maybe?

While I would totally love to see Shockwave in his original purple color, I don't know how they are gonna pull that off on screen if he does in fact have an earth mode. I imagine he will be more black with maybe even an undertone of purple to him. Either way, I think it would be pretty awesome to see him as an apache helicopter

I had an interesting idea for a Decepticon that turns into a submarine. He'd shoot himself out of the water while in alt mode and then transform in mid air to become a robot, or transform underwater. It's probably been done already though, and I just didn't know it, lol. :P

Also, I'd like Hound to be a Jeep Hurricane.
